Qualcomm has unveiled the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4, its latest mid-tier mobile platform, offering 11% better CPU performance, up to 29% improved GPU performance, and 12% power savings over its predecessor.
It introduces Gen AI and INT4 support for enhanced voice assistants, noise reduction, and on-device AI features like content summarization. Gamers benefit from Snapdragon Game Super Resolution, which upscales 1080p visuals to 4K while optimizing performance.
Connectivity includes a 5G modem with mmWave and sub-6GHz support, Wi-Fi 6E, and Bluetooth 5.4. Additional features include FHD+ displays up to 144Hz, Quick Charge 4+, and up to 200MP single-camera support.
Realme, OPPO, and Honor are expected to launch devices with the chipset soon.
